Including pictures in PIP and ESA reviews was created by TheHud
Hi
I understand you can include results of scans etc. However, is it an idea to include the scan picture showing the problem. Also when it's skin problems, other issues and saying you have home adaptation's, can you, should you, include photos. I feel tempted to include my diary pics for 'how my meds and food intolerances affect me' Plus images showing the effects on HR and BP by various postures and actions. I am concerned I have too many visible and test worthy things that they may want to see, obviously not the GI issues, but they may query due to the significant impact on assistance needed.
I welcome any advise especially the outcome if anyone has done this.
Many thanks

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi TheHud,
There is no reason why photodms shoukd not be sent, but I wouldn't send anything too medical as rhe Decision Makers just won't understand! Remember also that photos may not print very well, especially if in colour and printed in black and white. I have certainly sent in photos of deformed hands or feet. Make sure you label photos and it's clear what they show.
Good luck!

I do not know if this is a good idea or not but what I would also be tempted to do is on a bit of A4 Paper either with a printer or black marker write your name and national insurance number then that will prove that it is you that is included in the photos and they are not images taken off the net.
Just a thought
Thanks
