I would send any medical evidence most relevant to your condition.
If old submitted evidence is still relevant and you do not have anything new then send it.
The evidence you are sending has to reflect your current condition, if you have prescriptions then send a copy of your latest prescription
If you have a new condition then send details of the new condition and how it affects you, remember with any new condition you must have had it for 3 month qualifying period and 9 month prospective period, unless you are terminally ill.
