Face to face pip assessment was created by Ger
Hi I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I struggle going through all the pages. I had a face to face assessment today. What do I need to phone up for to ask for paperwork please.

Hi Geraldine
You can ring up and ask for your assessment report (PA4) forty-eight hours after the assessment. Occasionally people are told incorrectly that they can't have the report until the decision comes out, but this is not true.

Hi Geraldine,
What BIS says is perfectly true.
It's happened to me more than once. I've usually told them about my 'fictitious' conversation with the CAB in which I have been told I am entitled to it - and they have always swiftly changed their minds and sent me the report.
I Hope this helps,
Regards,
Phrank.

... or just sweetly thank the obstreperous whatsit, Geraldine, hang up and try again till you get a cooperative one who agrees to send your PA$4 out.
Best wishes,

Thank you everyone. PA4 form arrived today. If my decision is based on the points in this then I got 8 points for daily living and 10? For mobility. I don't know if this changes or if this is what I will get?
I really want to thank benefits and work for their help in getting this. My life has really gone down hill from diagnosis and while it is unlikely I'll get back to pre disease, this helps with all the added extras for prescriptions and mobility aids and taking care of myself. Thank you
