Hi all,
So I got my PA4 today and despite reading all the problems people have had on here was still left in complete shock after reading it having scored 0 points and the report at least to me doesn’t even make sense. It just looks like a poor copy / paste job that wasn’t even checked over
I know I could write to the Decision Maker before receiving the decision. Do you think this is worthwhile or just start drafting my MR now?
I didn’t ask for the call to be recorded sadly although I did record it myself. Some of the stuff included has been made up out of thin air but the Nurse has written it as something I said when it wasn’t even discussed.
It also says similar on every category “Whilst prompting has been considered, this has been ruled out given the evidence from the HOC showing he has a mental health condition, he has no current specialist input and no medication” I’m really confused by this, they seem to be saying I have the mental health condition so that’s why it’s ruled out? Also, I’m under the care of a specialist psychiatrist and take daily medication for the condition which actually was discussed
They’ve also used the fact I have a driving licence against me like I’ve read about on here.
It’s so upsetting and frustrating to have to go through all these extra steps when it’s taken so long just to get here.

Hello Gizmo, I am so sorry to hear that the PA4 is that bad. YES, do write in now and say what you disagree with. It is best not to directly say the assessor has lied, but you can say things like 'it is incorrectly recorded that I said xxxx, the fact are yyyy'
Do make clear in the introduction to your letter that it is additional evidence in response to the PA4 form, not a MR. This means that if the decision maker comes back wtih something you do not agree with there is no risk of them saying that you have already had your MR.
There are many people who have started off with zero points and gone on to finally get the correct award so do fight on
...and keep coming back to us for support and encouragement!
