Which Review Form to Use was created by Bluebus
Hi, I've just received my PIP Review form but I'm not sure which of the PIP advice forms to use as it says to check the date on the bottom of the form. I don't see a specific date on the bottom of the PIP form just a bunch of numbers 14706-0042-001-001-1 and then on the right hand side it says PIP.1021 Page 1 of 24 ... I'd appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.. Thank you

Hello Bluebus,

Your post has been lurking unanswered for a few days, I suspect because non of us know the answer!

I am sure that all the review forms I have handled have had the date either at the top or in the middle of the 'letter'. Have a look there, and if you find it great. If not, give the DWP a ring for an explanation.

The PIP.1021 is a covering letter, not a Disability form, however, it refers to a Change of Circumstances and this should mean that a PIP2 has been issued.

Hi Catherine .. I have the date I have to get the Award Review form back for ... it was which Benefits & Work PIP Guides to use that I needed to know about ... The only other form of reference on the The Award Review form I can see from The DWP is AR1 UI ... If you could point me in the right direction to the help guides for the which Award review Forms to use I'd appreciate it as I can't seem to find it in the members section and I'll take if from there ... I'm not off to a good start am I :laugh: :laugh:

Okay Bluebus, at least I now understand what you are asking. Unfortunately however I don’t know the answer. I am yet to meet an online form, I guess the DWP reckons us northerners need a bit more time before we can deal with such sophistication.

Having said that, I would have thought that if they were expecting you to fill it in online it would be pretty obvious, so until someone comes along who knows better I would say use the guide for the old offline forms.

Sorry for being so clueless on this one. Hopefully someone else will come by soon. In the meantime I will flag this thread up to the back office and see if they can help.

Okay, Steve has a really helpful answer for you Bluebus. The information regarding the review form is the same in both guides, since they have not yet produced an online version of the review form.

I hope that gives the information you need to get going on your review form, and please do come back to us if you have any other questions.
