Hi Lily

I'm sorry about the stress this is causing you. We used to be able to tell people waiting times with some level of accuracy, but at the current time it is almost impossible to tell, especially as they are dealing with backlogs. Some people have been waiting at least twice as long as you have been and others get a quick response. Sorry, that I can't be more helpful.
