PIP DECISION APPEAL was created by Neil

I have been awarded PIP mobility standard however i believe it should be enhanced.
I have also been denied daily living because i was living in Spain and getting disability payments from them. I returned to the UK last year and my disability payments from Spain stopped in April 2021,althought PIP have been informed of this they still refuse to pay me daily living as they say i'm being paid by Spain and need evidence that the payments have stopped. I have asked for a mandatory reconsideration and got the letter stating nothing has changed. I want to appeal but not sure which information to download to do this,my PIP was awarded February 2021. If anyone could please help.

To appeal a decision you should apply within one month of the decision date on your mandatory reconsideration letter. You can either appeal on line, write a letter or use the form SSCS1.www.gov.uk/appeal-benefit-decision/submit-appeal
