PIP reviews was created by Richard
Following your advice about requesting a PIP review following the "decision in [2019] UKSC 34 regarding engaging with other people face-to-face" we submitted a letter in March 2021.
So far it has not even been acknowledged.
Should we be chasing this?
Are other people experiencing a similar lack of response?
Thank you

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hello RichJan and welcome to the forum.
I don't have any first hand experience of requesting a review based on that particular decision, but I would certainly be chasing the DWP to ensure that they have received your letter. I know it is a pain to ring them, but if you brace yourself with something to do whilst you wait for them to answer then it is not too bad since you will always work your way to the top of the queue. Many people find it is best to ring them first thing in the morning before the queues have had a chance to build up.
Hopefully our members or some of the other mods will be able to share their experience.

Hi Richjan, welcome to the group!
I agree with Catherine that you should most definitely follow this up. Perhaps mention you have visited your MP about the matter.
Best to phone after 10am and between 2.30 and 3.30 roughly, they do say Tuesday is a good day to phone. You may be waiting up to an hour sometimes for them to answer, but hold on they do eventually answer
I would put your request in writing if you don't get a satisfactory answer and send it to the address at the top of your last letter.
