Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Lynn
You only need to send additional evidence - though I know plenty of people who prefer to send everything.

Personally I send all the evidence I have, currently around 8 years worth as I believe paper work can go missing or the Assessor/DWP might not be asked to refer to previous evidence sent in.
This is my choice, but as BIS has said you may only prefer to send additional evidence.
Kind Regards.

Hi
I sent a potted history, inc all the relevant info that had lead up to my new diagnosis since my last PIP assessment. Then about 20% of relevant consultant letters since, etc. I confirmed they received all the info and it was on the system, which got a giggle from the call handler at DWP, it was well over 100 pages.
So if you think they need to see it, give it to them
