I am currently filling out my review for PIP. On this review form (PIP 1043) there are questions that relate to the original claim form descriptor and there is a section to fill in stating if there is any change in your condition for this descriptor but there doesn't seem to be one for the descriptor 'Going Out". Can anyone help me with this please?
