This is worth a read. Though annoying it will be 35 days until the DWP has to answer. I sense a delay to the ‘legacy benefits uplift’ decision so the information/ dates align.

I can tell you this is part of the course that this has happened in what you've added above, as the DWP had stated back then their reason was also not to uplift because there computers won't except it which is utter nonsense (bull) they could of made a one time payment like they do with the cold weather payments.
The decision on this court case won't be finalised for a good couple of months 6 to 8 weeks plus in any case, that's even before the DWP will more than likely appeal the decision which I foresee them doing.
I know one of the claimants that bought this case in the first place and he already said he will appeal this case again if the DWP do.

Morning TGGTF. Apparently the judge is a ‘Government Stooge’, which won’t help. The ‘computer systems’ excuse is nonsense. We get our 3p increase every April, so of course they can do it… They’ll leave it an age so that the few newspapers which reported the case will forget all about it and not chase up… *tell your friend to add these ‘new’ findings if he has to appeal* ..

Angel,
That's true what your saying, and we, and he knows of how the dodgy DWP process works?
As for the payment to claimants it will soon come out as clap trap, typical DWPs lies as normal.
Theresa Coffey is plain nasty, that's why Boris has kept her in that job?
They, the DWP will appeal as they want to punish claimants from every angle they can, as for the Judge I believe that now to more then ever as they had problems getting a judge to do this in the first place?
