Yes it does happen especially to claimants who won their award at a Tribunal.

I always tell claimants even if they get the review form to treat it as a new claim. If you copied your previous claim and your condition has not changed then use that as a guide, if your condition has deteriorated then explain what has got worse and how it affects you.

Did you ask for a copy of the assessors guide when you were last assessed, if you did not ask for a copy now.

You can ask for an extension if you need more time to complete the form, especially over the Christmas period, make sure you ask for extra time before your time limit runs out.
