PIP assessment

Hi Lily, well done for the two recordings. I cannot stress highly enough to anyone reading who might wonder why bother with recording, it will be too late afterwards if you do not. And for Lily, you know you will have the evidence in the bag should an argument be necessary - though I hope it won't.
Personally I think that requesting recording puts them at least a little bit on warning...if not enough, at least you can prove it all.
