Pip and sars request

So as you may know from one of my previous posts I did a sars request for the dates 30-11-18 to 30-10-2021 to see what new medical they received for them to downgrade my pip award and supersede a tribunal decision and low and behold it’s there in black and white on the date they cut my pip that claimant has improved BUT we have no new evidence to say that she has improved if that’s not a contradiction I don’t know what is!! So I’m now going to proceed with my complaint and write to ice.
It’s such a relief to see in writing that what has happened is completely wrong and the dwp just didn’t like the fact I won at a tribunal.

Tried to do a complaint to ice but as the letter I got didn’t specify that I could now take my complaint to ice. Ice won’t take it on haha!! There not independent anyway and you know what I really can’t be bothered to waste my time and my emotions on the dwp. So I’m just going to learn from there tactics and be more vigilant from now on. Haha.

They are appalling. I lost out on 10K because the DWP didn’t read their own information on their own systems. Total farce. Finally got ICE to agree to telling DWP to do a revision decision (took 2 years). DWP refused. WTAF… Useless..
