Unfortunately we cannot answer your questions as it varies case to case, I would advise you to ask your work coach via your journal as to what activities you are expected to do as you have been placed in the LCWRA group and how often you need to sign into your UC account. Ask for clarification,if there are any activities you struggle with due to your condition then mention them on your journal.
