Pip review was created by Capricorn76
I’ve just completed my sons pip review form with new evidence. Last time he scored 17 for daily and 10 for mobility. Is it worth sending the assessors report from last time or will they definitely access this on the system? Thanks

Hi Capricorn76

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

You post a very interesting question, I personally will send a copy of a previous decision notice with a review claim or a renewal claim along with any supporting documents, especially if the claimants condition has not changed or has deteriorated since last claim.

I would not send in a copy of the assessors report, it should be on the system which they can use if they are carrying out a paper review.

You may want to quote the assessors report if there are any errors contained in it.

Hi Judy52

Some people do and some people don't. It's up to you. The information should be on the system but they don't necessarily look - so it can be a good reminder.= to have it recently.
