My husband has had a review form, they say not to send anything you have already sent. I have seen in other posts it is recommended to send your points sheets that was given by the decision maker from your current award. Would could suggest sending back the report that the assessor wrote or will they have that in front of them. Thanks

They should already be able to see the report, but if you want to send it you can. Make sure it is a copy - not the original if you do.
