a take a range of medication including mirtazapine - within an hour of taking it early evening i have to go to bed - i sleep from 6.00 pm to 7.00 am. To gain points under any PIP activity, you will need to show that you have difficulties for the majority of the time. You also need to consider whether you can do the activity reliably, which means safely, to an acceptable standard, within a reasonable time and repeatedly.
In respect of mobility, it is important to also take account of manner of walking, falls/stumbles, fatigue and 'severe discomfort' which includes breathlessness, pain, and anything else similar that could affect walking.
