PIP Award review was created by suemc
In 2017 I had to fight right the way to a tribunal to get my PIP. They now have sent a PIP award review, unfortunately things went downhill after that. I attempted suicide etc. Will they want to know from 2017, or the whole lot repeated. Can I ask for copies of what I sent them, as my paper work is already with solicitor?

Hi suemc

I have read your post a few time, my understanding is that to get your PIP award in 2017 you had to go to a Tribunal, you have now been sent a PIP review.

When you say things went downhill, I am not sure if things went downhill after the Tribunal or when you received the review form.

To get copies of your form you may want to ask for a subject Access Report, they should then send you copy of the information they hold on you. Did you not get sent a bundle of documents when you went to the Tribunal, in the bundle there would have been a copy of your PIP application.

The review form is about how you are now, how does your condition affect you now, have a look at our guides; if you look through that, it will give you some idea of how you might answer questions.
