Mentioning points awarded at tribunal was created by scramble
Has anyone mentioned the points awarded at previous tribunal when filling in a PIP review form, or would this be inflamatory for the DWP ? I don't want to make them angry but I just wanted to say that the points were a fair reflection of my current state.

Hi Scramble
There's nothing wrong in saying what you were awarded at Tribunal. Some people send in a copy of their award letter.

Hi Scramble,
I always do this! Unfortunately DWP have a terrible habit of ignoring tribunal awards. Whilst I hope you don't need to appeal, I have received several appeal bundles recently where there has been a previous tribunal award and there is absolutely no mention of the tribunal award whatsoever! Hopefully if you 'remind' DWP of the award it might encourage them to consider it properly!

Yes, I've had to remind the DWP of tribunal awards but they completely ignore me. It's like I've never spoken. It's never even considered.

Hi Scramble, At my last PIP review I put dates and points awarded in each section in CAPITALS. And again the ‘full awards’ and dates in the additional notes.
May as well make it clear:-)
I also mentioned the name of the judge… (I had to go to the Upper tribunal).
