I can walk more than 20 metres but not without pain and breathlessness and not everyday as I only go out maybe 1-2 times a week when my husband can accompany me. Surely this would meet the 1-20 metre descriptor. You pinpoint the word reliably in the guides so being in pain and SOB should qualify surely.
It's impossible for us to say to anyone, whether they will or will not fit a descriptor, especially when the issue of pain is involved. We can only say that an assessor should take it into consideration.
