I have a question about regulation 4 (The Reliably Regulation) It says the claimant must be able to do an activity:-
safely to an acceptable standard repeatedly in reasonable time
My question is do you need to meet all of those criteria or can one or two be sufficuant. For example if it was unsafe for a person to walk out alone because of a physical disability but they could do it to an acceptable standard, repeatedly and in a reasonable time would they not satisfy that activity because they only meet one of the relaibility criteria in regulation 4?
You only need to meet one of the criteria, if you can meet more of the criteria's so much the better. You have to explain in detail as to how you meet the criteria.
If you can match it against any supporting documents so much the better.
