I have moved your post. We ask people not to post a question on top of someone else's post or it can lead to confusion. I'm not sure that you should be 'worried' but I would ring the DWP and ask them when a form will be sent out because you don't want to find that your money is suddenly stopped without warning. You would normally have expected to have heard from them by now.
