Haven't received PIP renewal was created by Jshaun1968
Hi good evening I had mine in dec they received it later that month called today apparently someone has looked at it but there was no decision on screen my review id up in may

What usually happens when you win at a Tribunal, there is a set period for your award, at the end of the period your claim will end. You usually do not get sent a review form but have to start a new claim although I have come across quite a few claimants who have won at a Tribunal and also receive a review form.
You can use your Tribunal decision as supporting evidence when you apply for a review when there is no change in your condition or that your decision has deteriorated.
