Can anyone advise me where to send my responses to what the DWP have said in their bundle please? I don't know whether to upload it online under 'evidence' post it to the Tribunal address that it says to send 'evidence' to, or post it to the Decision Makers name and address at the front of the bundle?
It's not evidence - it's disputing what they're saying and some case law so don't want to upload it under evidence if that's not correct??!!
Once you have the bundle of papers any supporting documents that you want added such as a submission needs to be sent to HMCTS, they will copy what you send, and will send one copy to DWP with page ref number, they will also send you a copy of the supporting document with page ref number.
