Hi Eric
What was the time frame between each assessment?
When you say two pip phone assessments, was the first phone assessment when you contacted DWP to apply for PIP.
The second assessment after you sent in your claim form?

Hi Eric
As I thought in my first post, your 'first assessment' was not an assessment, it was to see if your are eligible to claim PIP. Were you sent a PIP form to complete after your first phone call?

Hi Eric
This is most unusual. I would ask them to record the assessment and you would be advised to make a recording yourself. Don;t tell them you are recording it, or they will stop the assessment.
