Providing your PIP award is in payment then Yes your award will stay in payment whilst you appeal the decision. Your award will either stay the same once a decision has been made, or will either increase or decrease.
If you award decreases it will be from the date of the Tribunal Decision, if your award increases it will be from the date of claim.
