DLA/PIP BENEFIT was created by diceman24

hello all, just claimed h/b and c/tax reduction and local council have added my DLA money into my household income im on u/c and in the lgwra group i live my mum whos over 70 years old and claims state pension please soneone correct me but i thought the coucil dont add my disablilty benefits into claim

Hi diceman24

They do add it as income but also disregard it when working out entitlement.

The reason why it is added is to enable any premiums to be added such as SDP.
