Am I using the correct PIP guide for Renwal was created by DRS2018

In the 'Have you got the right guide?' section it is stated that 'The date should be on the bottom left of each page. '

This is not the case on the paper form I have been sent.

Could you please point me towards the correct guide for PIP Renewal

There is a guide which covers the old review form or the new one. You can find the link to both. I suspect you have the new one
