PIP review form guide was created by Tryingmybest
Hi

Is there a guide to filling in the PIP review form please? It's the one that has PIP1043 on the bottom right of each page, and basically asks 3 questions for each activity (ie. 1. Tell us if something has changed and approximately when. 2. Tell us how you manage this activity now, including the use of any aids that you need. 3. Tell us about any changes to the help you need or the help you get from another person). The form is 24 pages long.

If there is no guide, does anyone have any advice for how to best fill this in please? It looks simple enough but I'm finding it really difficult! For one, can I really trust them if I just list the changes to my condition, or should I list all my difficulties (old and new)?

To me the second and third questions seem to overlap, but is the second question asking mainly about aids and appliances, and the third question addresses support and assistance from a person, is that the difference?

Many thanks!
