Pip review timescale. was created by Willow
Hi. Can anybody help me
I sent my review last week in January and haven't heard a thing. I’m still getting payments but nothing about the review.
I did mess up the form a bit by sending answers to the questions on a separate typed piece of paper instead of writing directly onto the form in pen. That’s due to me struggling to write however so felt unavoidable at the time.
Is it normal to take this long to hear anything ? The deadline was around 6th Feb.
Please don’t advise me to ring as I have severe anxiety and can’t. I’ve tried.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Sorry you have posted twice and so I did suggest you could ring on your other post - which you say you can't. If you have no one to ring on your behalf, I'm afraid you have no choice but to sit it out and wait to hear from them. The DWP have a backlog and they are prioritising new claims first. Many current claimants are waiting 16 weeks to have their reviews processed, though you may be lucky and hear sooner. You did not mess up sending your answers in on separate pieces of paper. Lots of people do this and they are quite accustomed to it. BIS

Hello thank you. I seem to have duplicated my question. Apologies.
Thank you for the reassurance, I thought the delay was my fault for using the separate bits of paper.
Thank you for responding.
