It is important that you understand that you are being assessed against legally defined criteria, the DWP cannot extend the scope of these Descriptors!
So, as an example; the two Mobility activities do not consider the weather when looking at a claimant's ability to Move Around or Go Out, arguing that they should will not be successful and will simply dilute the effectiveness of any other arguments that you put forward.

I do have a copy of the report. I always make sure that I get copies of import documents from everyone not just to do with this, hence a vast amount of medical reports on hand.
The comment that I stated is the actual wording that the DWP desicion maker made in their comments on my award letter. The point I was trying to clarify is that should these issues not be taken into account by the desicion maker rather than ingnoring them as irrelevant?

It is strange that the decision-maker used the specific wording about the weather. etc I assume that the assessor wrote something about the weather or they think you put that in your evidence. At the end of the day if you want to challenge what they say you can put in the final paragraph of a letter that those comments were odd, but it won't make any difference to the points you are awarded - so try not to focus on that. Focus on the areas that you can fight.
