PIP and car tax

Hi all

I am entitled to 50% reduction on car tax, due to covid the last 2 years been a nightmare as paid in full and then asked for partial refund after original forms sent to them got lost at DVLA and had to send more, then they lost my log book and wanted me to pay for a replacement

My question is - are you aware if DVLA are putting anything in place to make it easier to just pay 50% online etc, at present you have to send a cheque, MOT, logbook and other forms.

At present PIP have cancelled my award as I did not return my renewal form that I did not even receive so have paid my car tax in full for now.....but another post regarding the missing form....
