I had my assessment in mid March. The assessor informed me I would be sent the recording of my assessment in about 2 weeks, however it still hasn’t shown up. I called capita today, and they now say it’s nothing to do with them, and I should speak to dwp. Could anybody who has received a recording let me know who sent it to them, and how long it took.
