I had my assessment in mid March. The assessor informed me I would be sent the recording of my assessment in about 2 weeks, however it still hasn’t shown up.
I called capita today, and they now say it’s nothing to do with them, and I should speak to dwp.
Could anybody who has received a recording let me know who sent it to them, and how long it took.

Hi mikmikmik

If you want a copy of the assessors report called a PA4 then you need to contact DWP, I would assume they would also have the recording.

I would contact DWP for a copy of the assessors report (PA4) and at the same time ask for a copy of the recording.
