Hi I looked for a forum or sub topic about the admin of Benefits and Work but could not find one.
I remember when I signed up that it said that it auto renewed. I logged in and saw that one has to renew the subscription. For some reason I have two active subscriptions under my name, I have no idea why.
I wanted to find out firstly why I have two active subscriptions. Secondly and more importantly I don't want it to auto renew I don't need to carry on subscribing.
The reason being, despite all the anxiety of will he won't he get what he had before, and it being delayed, (because of covid) they rang up asked some pointed led questions and said he had (hubbie) both now at enhanced and for ten years. It was a struggle before this hence why I joined up. Good as the result is its not good because, well, because of what it means.
