Welcome to Benefits and Work It does happen at Tribunals, it has happened to me, my client did not have much medical evidence so the Chair adjourned the hearing and wrote for his medical file, he received over 200 pages of medical records, needless to say we were awarded standard for both components.
The client had tried for PIP twice before and each time was awarded zero points and gave up, he suffered from epilepsy.
