Tribunal Adjourned was created by Ramona
I had my tribunal adjourned 3 weeks ago, the judge asked for a copy of my medical records, work occupational health reports and work sickness record.
I had originally provided occupational health records, consultant letter, letter from my GP, I’ll health retirement application (which was rejected) and letter from my husband detailing how he helps me.
I’m not sure why they needed additional information. I’m panicking as I scored 0 at assessment and 2 points at MR. I wondering if the tribunal will find in my favour. I suffer with chronic migraines and anxiety.

Hi Ramona

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is.

Welcome to Benefits and Work

It does happen at Tribunals, it has happened to me, my client did not have much medical evidence so the Chair adjourned the hearing and wrote for his medical file, he received over 200 pages of medical records, needless to say we were awarded standard for both components.

The client had tried for PIP twice before and each time was awarded zero points and gave up, he suffered from epilepsy.
