PIP Review was created by Stevefairc
Hi.
I've received a PIP review form. I don't wish to report a change in circumstances. I'm happy with my PIP level. I don't want to trigger a review. I won't get any more points due to other issues.
I've just received a formal diagnosis of one of my disabilities. (Axial Spondylitis) this just backs up what I stated on my original Pip form. It doesn't change what I said about my daily needs or how it's effects me.
It just now named and diagnosed.
Should I just state this as a condition (of ten years) it's not new just newly named.
Should I forward the MRI / rheumatology reports.
Then put 'no change' in the question boxes. I've

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Stevefairc
You say that you don't want to trigger a review - but you have received a review form and therefore that is precisely what it is, even if you write no change to everything. I would advise you to look at the current advice on completing the review form. Although many people tick 'no change' - the advice in the guide is to still put a sentence or two.
I would include any recent medical reports you have - even though they confirm your condition.

Yes. I see your logic. Regards a review.
I've studied your excellent guides.
Is it a matter of re affirming within the review comment box.
Eg. I still suffer to xyz due to abc.
These boxes are minimal in space!
Kind regards

Hi Stevefairc,
Yes, definitely write ' I still can not do X because...' or something similar. You can copy whatever you said on the previous form. Don't be put off by the small boxes, use an extra page (or two!) as required. Make sure you identify which question you are answering, and label all extra pages with name and NI Number.
Thank you for your kind comments about our website.
Good luck!

hi steve
regarding the space. what i do is put a line through the oblong boxes , so the boxes become 8 instead of 4 if u follow me. the only drawback is u have to write small. good luck
