Universal credit lgwra group was created by diceman24
I was placed in to the lgwra group 12 months ago done assessment through paper based and received email from u/c about a review. Has I suffer from progressive muscular dystrophy and scoliosis if the spine and depression and anxiety which my neurological consult and local gp confirmed there’s no cure for my disability why would they need to do a review is this normal practice with dwp. With a non cure able disease and progressive disease it’s such a waste of time and money thank you for any advise on my matter

Unfortunately it is very likely that DWP keep performing such reviews.
I totally get your frustration as it is so unlikely that your entitlement would change up or down.
My advice is, though, to bite your tongue, grit your teeth and comply as non-compliance could lead to sanctions.

Hi. I have been on ESA(Support) for 11+ years and have had 3 F2F reviews preceded by several paper-based ones. Mine are chronic degenerative conditions with no cure…… common sense doesn’t play any part in their decision making process…
