Pip tribunal appeals was created by Diane
My pip stopped in Dec 21 so rented it lost did Mr lost appealed to tribunal I have severe Anxiety Just been diagnosed with PTSD depression and Agroaphobia diabeties high cholesterol and I know it's nit the illness but on how it affects you which is dramatically every day I work as I have no choice I have to pay the bills but every day is bad I can never leave the house to get to work by myself or come home by myself as I have panic attacks to the e tent I can not move but my question is how long is the wait for the tribunal in 2022 this waiting and not hearing anything since it was lodged In February is not helping my mental or physical health I fact it is making it worse I just want it over and done with either way I am on the verge of cancelling it as the wait us making me very ill any idea of the time frame

Hi Diane,
Tribunal waits can be quite lengthy. The wait depends on the area you live in. I have had tribunal hearings listed within 3 months, (East Anglia)but I know other areas are longer.
Sorry I ant help any further.
Please do still keep with it, I know delays add to anxiety. If you are really struggling you could ask your GP to write aletter explaining how anxious etc you gave become and to see if the hearing could be expedited. It might work.
