PIP Review

Have now finished completing my PIP review, fully detailed and sending copies of all previous medical stuff
Have read through your guides and found a lot of very interesting info - ie just because you can drive doesn't mean you can bath etc. I made sure I put this.
I went through my last report and was 1 point away from enhanced care side, I was awarded points because the assessor said I could use aids even though my partner showers me, dresses me and cooks as due to CFS and Fibro my hands can be pretty useless, I did not originally detail fully why I cannot use the aids so have made sure I have this time
It just angers me that someone who interviews you for maybe an hour can report that "in their opinion blah blah blah" when they have medical reports to say otherwise......
Thanks for the guides, it is now just a long waiting game......

Dear Shrimp, please may I say, tell them you want your assessment [be it phone F2F or video] recorded. It does not guarantee truthfulness but provides you with the evidence to challenge any future rubbish. Given the frequency of them failing to deliver on the recording best also to arrange to make your own.

Over the years some of the stuff in the reports have been amazing lies....just left us speechless.....
