I am currently one of the many awaiting a PIP assessment due last October and auto extended. In April this year I officially retired. I was in receipt of EESA,Carers for myself PIP both Standard, Council Tax and Housing benefit. plus Disabled Badges for my wife and I.
At the moment my EESA has been cancelled, my carers has been cancelled and the council have written saying my Council Tax and Housing benefit will be stopped unless I send them proof of earnings and savings. This last bit I am sorting out now.
However I would like to know if there are any other benefits I am entitled to such as Attendance allowance ,Universal Credit , or any other benefit. We have no savings. My full pension will not commence until the end of May 2022. This retirement is driving me insane trying to find all the paperwork they want or will want.

Hi MSC2021

I'm sorry, but your question is outside the scope of the forum and you need to speak to a specialist welfare advisor who can look at the whole range of possible benefits.

Hi, I'm no expert but it sounds as though you could claim Pension Credit.
www.gov.uk/pension-credit-calculator
As BIS says though do try and get some expert help. If you can't find any the online calculators may be some use eg Turn2Us.
Best wishes,
Denby
