PIP tribunal was created by Sharon.N.
As a parent, can i fill in the tribunal form on behalf of my son without having an 'Official appointee ship'?

Hi Sharon.N,
If you mean the SSCS1 firm to instigate an appeal to the tribunal then yes. Or easier still - fill out the firm online. I woukd say that the form has been completed with your help but all you need to do is just fill out the claimant's name in the declaration box at the end.
If you want to do a manual form, I think all you would need is a signed letter giving you authority to act You wouldn't have to be officially as Appointee.
I fill out SSCS1 firms online for clients. (They are aware and are happy for me to do this) and simply just put their name in the declaration and have never had any problems.
I hope this helps.
