In the PIP guide information it says to make sure you select the right one. My PIP form has no date on the bottom at all. How do I know which guide to use?
I can't be certain, but I suspect it is the old form, in which case you want the old guide. But if you find a question doesn't quite match check out the new guide. The bulk of the information is identical.
