My husband sent his review form to be returned by 8th Feb, this was his first review after transferring from Dla, his first pip assessment was a F2F and given 5 years at enhanced rate mobility and standard care, care he hadnt received before, so this was a new reward. We sent all the same paperwork off we sent before and the assessor's report and decision makers point awarded sheet. Today my husband had his letter, he was given a paper assessment and was awarded exactly the same as he had before, enhanced Mobility, standard care, this time it was given as an ongoing award. Thanks for you help. This forum is extremely helpful. Without it claiming this benefit was be so much harder to claim.

Hi Judy
It's always worth getting hold of the PA4 even when it's a successful assessment - just to keep it for your records - so you can see the assessor's thinking. Don't be worried if there is anything in there you disagree with - just put it away - you shouldn't have to look at it for ten years!
