I cannot answer your question as you have not stated which ESA you are receiving.

There are 3 different types of ESA, before an adviser can answer any questions they need to know which type you are receiving. (IR ESA, CB ESA and NS ESA) if you are in receipt of IR ESA that you may be eligible for additional premiums depending on your circumstances and if you afre in receipt of PIP.

Both CB ESA and NS ESA are contribution based and therefore you are not eligible to claim any premiums. You can get both CB ESA with a top up of IR ESA depending on your circumstances.

You may be able to get a disability premium such as EDP if you receive a qualifying benefit such as IR ESA support or PIP Enhanced Daily Living. I would advise you to see help from your Welfare Rights Organisation.
