Hi daughter just been put in lcwra. What back money will she get. She has been claiming uc since May 2020 but due to covid pandemic did not send in fit note till July 2021.will she still have to stand to the 3 months from july
LCWRA is not from when start to claim UC it is from when you give your workcoach a 'fit note' you then start the assessment phase (13 weeks), if WCA is successful then you claim will be backdated to the start of the 14th week of the assessment phase.
