For UC telephone assessment this Wednesday, would the DWP give the CHDA my UC50? was created by Keepon

Good evening.

If you could please advise, as I’m now getting stressed for my upcoming telephone assessment with CHDA this Wednesday.

Would the DWP have given the CHDA healthcare professional who’ll ring me access to the UC50 Capability for work questionnaire I’ve submitted in March?

The answer to your question is yes, CHDA would have been given a copy of your UC50 application form.
