Hi Norma

In answer to your question, you say that you have a face to face hearing, are we talking about a Tribunal hearing?

You say that your medical situation has changed, the Tribunal will not want to know about your new medical situation, they will only deal with you and your condition as you were when you had your first assessment, they may advise you to make a new application if your condition has deteriorated since you first applied.

It is always very hard to show what your condition was a few years ago if it has now deteriorated, if it is a new medical condition then keep to you existing medical condition and how it affects you.
